NUTELLA SAMOSA

Kaju (Cashew Nuts)
5-6 pieces

¼ bowl

½ teaspoon

As per your taste






Method:

  1. Boil potatoes and peas.
  2. Take a bowl. Add Maida (Refined Flour), salt, baking powder and 1 tablespoon oil. Prepare rather hard dough with water.
  3. Cover it with muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes
  4. Take a cooking pan. Grease it with oil. Add  hing, Sabut Dhaniya and kaju. Let it crackle for a while. Then keep the gas on simmer, put dhaniya powder, garam masala, turmeric powder(1/4 teaspoon), red chili powder, bolied peas and  potatoes(2 cups). Sauté them for 3-4 minutes. Keep it aside, let it cool. Add fresh coriander leaves to enhance the smell and flavor of this mixture.


  1. Make small balls of the dough, dust it with maida and roll them in round shape. Then cut it in two equal halves. Fold it with your hands by applying water on the edges so that it forms the shape of the cone. Apply a layer of nutella. Add a generous amount of filling in it and close it by using a fork.

  1. Put some oil in your pan. When it becomes hot, stir fry your samosas .Make sure that the gas is not too sim otherwise, they wont turn up to be crispy.

  1.  Serve hot with green and red chutney.
