Salt 'n' Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

Method:


  1. Take a bowl. Add corn flour and refined flour (Maida).
  2. Now beat an egg in this and add salt and black pepper, give it a good mix. Lastly add ¼ teaspoon of soya sauce.
  3.  Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and fry in the oil until light brown.
  4. In the other pan, sauté onions and spring onions (finely chopped) in olive oil. Add the fried chicken pieces in it. Finish it with some salt and pepper.
  5. Mix one teaspoon of corn flour in water or vegetable stock (1/4 cup). Add this to give a shine and glaze to the pieces.
  6. Garnish it with green spring onion part. Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato sauce.
