Salt 'n' Pepper Potato

Ingredients:

Method:


  1. Take a bowl. Add corn flour and refined flour (Maida).
  2. Now beat an egg in this and add salt and black pepper, give it a good mix. Lastly add ¼ teaspoon of soya sauce.
  3. Cut the potato into long sticks, dip them in the mixture and fry in the oil until light brown.
  4. In the other pan, sauté onions and spring onions (finely chopped). Add the fried potato sticks in it. Finish it with some salt and pepper.
  5. Mix one teaspoon of corn flour in water or vegetable stock (1/4 cup). Add this to give a shine and glaze to the sticks.
  6. Garnish it with green spring onion part. Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato sauce.
