Method:
- Take a bowl. Add corn flour and refined flour (Maida).
- Now beat an egg in this and add salt and black pepper, give it
a good mix. Lastly add ¼ teaspoon of soya sauce.
- Cut the potato into long sticks, dip them in the mixture and
fry in the oil until light brown.
- In the other pan, sauté onions and spring onions (finely
chopped). Add the fried potato sticks in it. Finish it with some salt and
pepper.
- Mix one teaspoon of corn flour in water or vegetable stock (1/4
cup). Add this to give a shine and glaze to the sticks.
- Garnish it with green spring onion part. Serve hot with mint
sauce or tomato sauce.
