Ingredients

6. | Corn flour | 2 tablespoon |
7. | Maida | 2 tablespoon |
8. | Oil | 1-2 tablespoon |
9. | Salt | To taste |
10. | Ginger-Garlic paste | 1 spoon |
11. | Dhaniya powder | 1 teaspoon |
12. | Garam Masala | ½ teaspoon |
13. | Kaju | 5-6 pieces |
14. | Green chilies | 1 spoon |
15. | Red chili powder | ½ teaspoon |
16. | White pepper powder | ¼ teaspoon |
17. | Chat Masala | ½ teaspoon |
Method:
- Boil potatoes and peas.
- Take a bowl. Add freshly chopped spinach and onion, Cheese, peas and mashed potato.
- Now some spices- add red chili powder, white pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
- Mix them thoroughly with maida and corn flour. You can add more according to your need. Just make sure it should be able to bind the whole mixture together.
- Now apply oil on your hands. Make small balls of this mixture, stick a piece of kaju on top, and fry them in hot oil on simmer.
- Serve it with Red Sauce. Its best when eaten in winters!!:)
