½ teaspoon

Kaju
5-6 pieces

Green chilies
1 spoon

Red chili powder
½ teaspoon

White pepper powder
¼  teaspoon

Chat Masala
½ teaspoon



Method:

  1. Boil potatoes and peas.
  2. Take a bowl. Add freshly chopped spinach and onion, Cheese, peas and mashed potato.
  3. Now some spices- add red chili powder, white pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Mix them thoroughly with maida and corn flour. You can add more according to your need. Just make sure it should be able to bind the whole mixture together.
  5. Now apply oil on your hands. Make small balls of this mixture, stick a piece of kaju on top, and fry them in hot oil on simmer.
  6. Serve it with Red Sauce. Its best when eaten in winters!!:)
