PIZZA

Method:


  1. Cut all the vegetables that is your onions, tomatoes, capsicum, olives and keep them aside in a bowl. You can add as many vegetables as you like such as corns, jalapenos, mushrooms, cheese etc..
  2. Add some spices into them- salt, white pepper, red pepper, garam masala and give it a good mix.
  3. Now take out your pizza bases. Apply a layer of tomato sauce on it. If you like it spicier you can even add on chili sauce on the pizza base.
  4. Then grate some Mozzarella cheese that will help the toppings to bind to the pizza base.
  5. Now add a handful of your toppings from the mixture that you had made previously.
  6. Again grate some cheese and sprinkle a teaspoon of oil on it. It will give it a nice and yummy flavor.
  7.  Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius .Then carefully place your pizza on the
       Stand and let it cook for 5 minutes on grill and then 20 seconds microwave.
  1. Your pizza is ready to eat!!! Garnish it with some tomato sauce, chili flakes, fresh oregano and black pepper.
  2. Remember don’t ever cook your pizza in microwave otherwise it will turn into a hard piece of rock!!
