Method:
- Fill the pan with water (half the quantity) and keep it on simmer to boil.
- Take a bowl; add the chocolate brick and yellow butter. Put this bowl on the above pan. Basically we want to melt the chocolate and if we heat it directly, it tends to accumulate and form a thick cluster. So, to prevent this we heat it indirectly.
- Keep on stirring the chocolate and yellow butter mixture till it melts properly and convert into a nice and tempting hot chocolate!!!;)Keep it aside.
- In the mean time, boil milk in another pan or microwave as per your convenience.
- Take coffee powder, sugar and 1 teaspoon of milk in a cup. Beat it properly (10-15 minutes) until its color changes to a nice lighter version of brown. (you can even grind it).
- Now take a stem glass and pour 3-4 teaspoon of hot chocolate.
- Slowly add beaten coffee into it.
- Next pour the boiled milk till the glass is filled up to ¾ of the quantity.
- Now it’s the turn for some dressing. Take a piping bag; add a generous amount of whipped cream in it. Now squeeze it gently and decorate it on the top. For the final touch, sprinkle some chocolate chips or chocolate powder on it.
- Serve hot.
- ENJOY J
