1-2 teaspoon

Chocolate bricks

1( big size)

4.
|
Yellow Butter
|
2 tablespoon
|
5.
|
Milk
|
1 Cup
|
6.
|
Cocoa powder
|
1 teaspoon
|
Method:
- Fill the pan with water (half the quantity) and keep it on simmer to boil.
- Take a bowl; add the chocolate brick and yellow butter. Put this bowl on the above pan. Basically we want to melt the chocolate and if we heat it directly, it tends to accumulate and form a thick cluster. So, to prevent this we heat it indirectly.
- Keep on stirring the chocolate and yellow butter mixture till it melts properly and convert into a nice and tempting hot chocolate!!!;)Keep it aside.
- In the mean time, boil milk in another pan or microwave as per your convenience.
- Take coffee powder, sugar and 1 teaspoon of milk in a cup. Beat it properly (10-15 minutes) until its color changes to a nice lighter version of brown.( you can even grind it).
- Add the boiled milk into it and give it a mix.
- Now take a stem glass. Pour the hot chocolate such that it should cover the sides of the glass.
- Add hot coffee that you made previously and garnish it with cocoa powder.
- Serve hot.
- ENJOY J
