Method:
1. Apply mayonnaise on one side of the left
over roti’s. You can either use sandwich spread mayo or normal mayo.
2. Chop onions, cucumbers & capsicum. Add
salt and black pepper according to taste. Mix it thoroughly.
3. Next, add around 2 teaspoon of mix
vegetable on the roti. Then, add the cucumber mixture on top of it.
4. Now slowly roll the roti’s with the mixture
inside it and use toothpicks to hold the rolls.
5. Heat a pan and put these rolls on it. Cook it
on both the sides until the roti’s become a little crusty on outside.
6. Serve it with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
