Method:
- Sift together Refined flour and butter with your hands. Then
make dough out of it using warm water.
 - Now draw it flat on the surface using a rolling pin with
     thickness around 1 cm.
 - Cut out round shapes from the flat dough with diameter roughly
     10 cm.
 - Take a muffin tray and apply a layer of melted butter. Then put
these previously made round shaped tarts in the tray and fold the corners
to give it a crimping effect as shown below. Brush it with melted butter
     again.

- Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and cook the tarts for
approximately 20 minutes till they turn a little golden brown.
 - In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate either in microwave
for 1-2 minute with yellow butter or you can use a double boiler.
 - Also, take a tablespoon of peanut butter and add a teaspoon of
butter. Melt it in microwave for 30 seconds.
 - When your pie/tarts are ready, take one of them. Add a spoonful
of peanut butter and then a layer of melted dark chocolate.
 - The second variant could be add strawberry crush first and then
     melted dark chocolate.
 - The third variant could be adding sliced banana first, then a
layer of peanut butter. Top it up with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
 - Similarly, you can different permutation and combinations of
these ingredients and make your sweet tarts/pie.
 - When you are done, keep them in freezer for 15 minutes and
     serve chill.
 - Happy Cooking.  :D

DeleteHey Bhawana, thanks for sharing the ingredient list and process to make it. I have a question, can we use coffee powder instead of dark chocolate? It won't get bitter, will it?

Hey Finn! :)
DeleteIf you will use coffee powder, it will taste bitter. Also, the consistency will be very thin and it will not taste the way it should :). But you can give it a try, and also mix in more of a sugar to nullify the bitterness XOXO
