Method:
1.
Take a pan. Add desi ghee (clarified
butter) in it.
2.
When it melts add almonds and
cashew nuts, sauté them for a while. (Make sure the oil is not too hot
otherwise the dry fruits will get burned)
3.
Now add wheat flour to it and
cook it by stirring continuously until the color changes to a little dark
brown. (Don’t overcook it and stir continuously)
4.
Sauté it properly so that there
should be no lump formation.
5.
When it’s done, turn off the
gas and after 2-3 minutes add sugar in it.
6.
Serve it at room temperature.
