Method:
- Take a non stick fry pan.
- Add olive oil and garlic to it.
- When it starts crackling, add diced onions and capsicum. Sauté for a while till the onions change their color to light pink.
- Now add one bowl of fresh tomato puree into it.
- You can add makhane in two ways- either soak them for 1 hour in water or take a fry pan, add 1 tablespoon oil. After 2-3 minutes add makhane and fry them for a minute to give them a nice light brownish color and a crispy taste. I would personally go with the second option!!!
- By now, our tomatoes must be done, as in the oil should come to the surface and on the sides of the pan.
- Put some salt, white pepper powder, red chili powder and a pinch of black pepper powder as well.
- Now, add fresh oregano and chili flakes. This will enhance the Italian flavor to the dish.
- Finally add cream, paneer slices, makhane and pineapple pieces in it.Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish it with fresh cream!!!
- ENJOY J
