RED CHILI SAUCE

Soya Sauce
½ teaspoon


Method:


1.      Dip the red chilies in a bowl of water for 2 hour.
2.      Now, put fresh red chilies, garlic cloves, oil, salt, tomato sauce, soya sauce in a mixer.
3.      Grind it for a while until it is half crushed.
4.      Now add a little bit of water and churn it again till it become nice, spicy and creamy red.
5.      Add little bit of olive oil at the end (optional).This will help preserve the sauce for few days. Keep it refrigerated.
