Method:
1.
Take water in a pan. Heat it
and add rice. Boil the rice until it turns soft and tender. Do not over-cook
it. Keep them aside.
2.
Take a pan and add generous amount of oil . When the temperature rises, add mustard seeds and cook it till it crackles.
Now add groundnuts .Roast them till they turn golden brown.
3.
Turn of the gas. Add green
chili, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and red chili powder.
Mix it well.
4.
Add this to the boiled rice pan
and mix it thoroughly. The rice will turn yellow in color. Now, cook it on
simmer for a while.
5.
When done garnish it with lemon
juice. (Add lemon juice after turning of
the gas)
6.
PS: You can even roast the
groundnuts in microwave. :)
