CAROM COOKIES

Ingredients :

Yellow Butter or Refined Oil

Carom Seeds
1  teaspoon

Vanilla Essence
½ teaspoon

Milk
1-2 tablespoon

Salt
A pinch

Egg

Method:


  1. Mix refined flour, baking soda, carom seeds and salt properly.
  2. Take another bowl. Blend sugar and butter/oil to form a homogeneous mixture. Now whisk egg in it until it gets a nice foamy texture. 
  3. Then add vanilla essence to neutralize the smell of egg.
  4.  Now mix both of them together and add milk to form a thick flowing consistency.
  5. Preheat the oven/microwave to 180 degree Celsius. Grease a tray with oil and place the mixture in the shape of cookies. Drop some carom seeds on the top and apply oil on the surface of the cookies with the help of a spoon or a brush.
  6. Grill it for 3-4 minutes. Do check in between. Then grill it for 2-3 minutes more and finally microwave it for 30 seconds.
