Method:
- Sift together Maida(plain flour), baking powder and butter with your hands until it turns into a nice and soft mixture.
 - Take a separate bowl. Whisk egg and castor sugar so that it turns into a nice foamy texture.
 - Put the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1-2 minutes. It will turn into a liquid form.
 - Add this to the egg mixture and mix well. Now add plain flour, curd and mix it thoroughly.
 - Add crushed walnuts to it.
 - Blend it properly till it becomes a nice and homogeneous batter.
 - Grease your bowl with melted butter.
 - Add the mixture to your bowl.
 - Pre-heat your oven or microwave at 180 degree Celsius. Cook it for 5 minutes on microwave .To check whether it’s done or not, put a toothpick inside it. If nothing sticks on it, then your brownie is ready!!!!
 - Serve hot with vanilla ice- cream!! :).
