Jaggery Balls

Ingredients

Jaggery

Ghee
1 tablespoon

Chocolate Sauce
As per servings


Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. When its temperature rises, add jaggery to it. Melt it and sauté it properly.
  3. After stirring it for a while, add til to it and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Let it cool down to room temperature. Make small balls and serve it with chocolate sauce.
  5. Enjoy. J
